Engage Entertainment provides DJ, entertainment, event production, lighting, and related services for weddings, corporate events, and private functions (“Services”). We also offer consultation, communication, and coordination through phone, text (SMS), email, and online booking systems.

All services are subject to availability and may require a written agreement or signed event contract.

3. Consent to Communication

By providing your contact information via our website, inquiry form, or any communication channel, you consent to receiving emails, phone calls, and text messages (SMS or MMS) from Engage Entertainment for the purposes of:

  • Responding to your inquiries

  • Providing quotes, proposals, and updates

  • Sending booking confirmations and payment reminders

  • Coordinating event logistics and music planning

  • Following up post-event for feedback or marketing offers

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to text messages or clicking “unsubscribe” in emails.
Transactional and service-related messages (e.g., event coordination details) may still be sent as part of your service agreement.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Communication

Engage Entertainment uses AI-assisted systems to enhance communication efficiency and customer experience. This may include:

  • Automated follow-up texts or emails to leads and clients

  • Appointment reminders or event coordination messages

  • Personalized responses drafted or sent through AI software under human supervision

All AI-generated communications are reviewed and approved by Engage Entertainment staff. We do not use AI to make binding decisions, pricing commitments, or contractual obligations without human oversight.

You acknowledge and consent that certain messages may be generated or assisted by AI systems to facilitate communication.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when contacting or booking with us

  • Use our website and communication systems only for legitimate, lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with website functionality or communication services

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Engage Entertainment and its partners

6. Payment and Bookings

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit, as outlined in your contract or invoice.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are defined within each service agreement.

Unpaid balances may result in service cancellation. Engage Entertainment reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliance or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, videos, branding, logos, and service materials, are the property of Engage Entertainment, LLC or its licensors. No part of this site or our materials may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Use of our logo, brand marks, or promotional content without consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona and U.S. law:

  • Engage Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall occur in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Engage Entertainment does not sell or rent personal information. All communications are handled in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable Arizona state privacy laws.

In compliance with federal and carrier guidelines for AI-enabled communication:
